Common questions
- I can't log in. Check that the email matches the one you registered with. If you have forgotten your password, email support and we will verify you and reset it.
- How do I put the booking widget on my website? In the app open Settings, copy the embed code, and paste it into your site's HTML where the booking form should appear. It works on any website builder that accepts custom HTML.
- How do I take card payments? In the app open Manage, then Payments, and tap Connect Stripe. Stripe walks you through a short onboarding and payouts go to your own bank account.
- Can I accept Zelle, Cash App or cash? Yes. In Manage, then Payments, add the methods you accept. Customers see your handle and instructions when they book, and you mark the booking paid when the money arrives.
- How do I block off a holiday? In Manage, then Hours, add a day off. The widget stops offering that day immediately.
- How do I delete my account? Settings, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your business and all of its data.
