Terms of Service

These terms govern use of BookMore, a booking and payments platform operated by Designs by Josh. By creating an account or embedding the widget you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, for the activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your password private. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
Bookings and payments
BookMore facilitates appointments and payments between businesses and their customers. The business, not BookMore, is responsible for delivering the booked services, for its cancellation and refund policies, and for complying with the laws that apply to its trade. Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Offline payment methods are settled directly between the business and its customer.
Acceptable use
Do not use BookMore for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful; do not attempt to breach, probe or overload the service; do not book appointments you do not intend to keep.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties. We may update features over time. If we ever discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice so you can export your information.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
