What happens if I cancel?

You drop back to Free at the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted: your bookings, clients and revenue history stay exactly as they are. The badge comes back and the 2% card fee returns.

Why can't I buy Pro in the app?

Subscriptions sold inside an iOS app fall under Apple's in-app purchase rules and their cut. Selling it here on the web is how the price stays $4.99.

Are the texts included?

Yes, reminder and waitlist texts are part of the $4.99 for normal one-chair volume. If you ever get into unusual territory we'll talk to you before anything changes.

Do I need Stripe connected?

Only for the card features: tips, deposits for repeat no-shows, and the 0% fee. Reminders, the waitlist, reviews, loyalty and standing appointments all work on a cash-only shop.
